The Bisexual Community in the New York City area supports a Transgender-inclusive national Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA)
UNITY - Keept the "T" in the LGBT Community - Support a Trans-inclusive ENDA
ENDA is the Employment Non-Discrimination Act and if passed it would extend federal employment discrimination protections that are currently provided on race, religion, gender, national origin, age, and disability to cover both sexual orientation and gender identity.
Many people who hate and fear the LGBT Community do not want this bill to pass. They are spending big bucks and working tirelessly against it.

Recently some well-meaning but we feel ultimately misguided people agreed to drop the protection for Transpeople to try to get more votes.

Statement by Wendy Curry, President of BiNet USA about where the Bi Community stands.

Sign an on-line petition asking that ENDA include transpersons
